MOSAIC’s arts-based youth program Woven Futures has been featured in The La Source, highlighting a new $99,984 Catapult Canada grant from the Rideau Hall Foundation that will support the program’s expansion across Metro Vancouver.
The article showcases how Woven Futures creates safe, inclusive and creative spaces for newcomer and refugee youth to explore identity, express their stories through art, and imagine their futures. With the new funding, the program will launch additional cohorts in Vancouver and Burnaby and introduce a train-the-trainer model to build long-term community capacity.
